I’m pretty sure I just found my new favorite book series! Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Women by Dav Pilkey is absolutely hilarious and action-packed. I couldn’t put it down!
First of all, let’s talk about the characters. George and Harold are two of the funniest kids I’ve ever read about. Their pranks and hijinks had me laughing out loud throughout the entire book. And of course, who can forget about Captain Underpants himself? He’s such a lovable goofball.
The plot was also surprisingly engaging. I wasn’t expecting to be so captivated by a story about a superhero in his underpants, but here we are. The action scenes were well-written and kept me on the edge of my seat.
