Me, as a die-hard fan of Monopoly, was ecstatic when I heard about the WS Game Company Monopoly Hasbro 100th Anniversary Edition. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The beautiful custom-illustrated game board featuring 90 Hasbro brands made each round more exciting and nostalgic. It was like taking a trip down memory lane with each roll of the dice. Plus, the deluxe embossed collector’s edition tin box with integrated storage and banker’s tray added that extra touch of elegance to the game.
My friend, John, who joined in on one of our game nights, couldn’t stop raving about the custom tokens representing iconic Hasbro brands. I mean, who wouldn’t love playing as Mr. Potato Head or My Little Pony? It added an extra element of fun to the game and we found ourselves constantly fighting over who gets to be which token. And let’s not forget about the custom Littlest Pet Shop hotels and Lincoln Log houses – they were so cute that we almost didn’t want to buy them just to keep them intact.
Lastly, I have to give a shout out to the custom Money and Title Deed, Chance, and Community Chest cards. They were so well thought out and creatively designed that it brought a whole new level of excitement to the game. And knowing that this edition is officially licensed by Hasbro just made me love it even more! Trust me when I say that this edition is worth every penny for any Monopoly fan out there.
